This incredible chute allows sightseers to toboggan down the Great Wall of China - on a giant metal slide. The zig-zagging route whisks tourists from the top of the Mutianyu section to a village beneath in a matter of minutes. Costing just $9, riders enter a toboggan with a single lever, which is used to slow down or speed up their descent. And after a long day’s hike atop the iconic 4,000-year-old wall, it is the fastest way down - but not for the feint hearted.
