Well at least the camaro was kind enough to put his left turn signal on when he merged into the grass lane :biggrin_2559:

First I want to apologize to the trucker, the pickup driver, the camaro driver, and the camera dude. Next apologies to the leo's who had to make the call. Although I was 1200 miles from this accident at the time, I checked with my ex-wife and she confirmed it was clearly MY fault.

Did you notice the tanker slow down once those fools started to act up, but then he kept on trucking after the wreck.

Agreed. While the accident was clearly not his fault, that tanker should have backed off when being passed by the other truck.

The truckers slow pass created the road rage and he should never have attempted it with that little speed differential and with that much faster traffic. He should have just clicked off cruise and followed the tanker until a good passing opportunity presented itself.

The pickup truck driver was a douchebag self-important highway regulator who should have been cited for impeding the flow of traffic.

The big rig driver should have done something a lot different when a car is riding next to his door for miles at a time with open highway in front. To his credit, it does look like he backed off a couple of times, but I would have kept going slower and slower -- I don't need that #### happening around me. Of course, I drive slow so anyone matching my speed gets my neck hairs standing...

The camaro driver was obviously an intemperate #######.

The dash cam driver was lucky he didn't wind up in the mess following as close as he was -- especially after seeing the idiocy playing out in front of him.

why did the p-up close the gap & not let the camaro pass to begin with? but at that moment fine, then speed up & when safe change lanes & get in front of semi & let camaro get around you. if I am in the left lane in my 4 wheeler & someone wants to drive faster than me and the right lane is not an option I am not going to cut his passing option then maintain a block. I am not the speed police. plus I would never know if the person trying to pass had a call & has an emergency to go to. the camaro dr. was wrong but if the pickup would of let off the gas to let him in the lane or passed the truck & then got out of the way it would of been best. dr purposely kept camaro dr from getting thru. if the semi truck would of slowed way down the pickup dr would of too just to block the camaro. I was more mad at the pick up driver.

I agree with everything here, and appreciate not having to type it all out myself. I've had similar incidents happen myself where you have to back out of it and let the cluster work itself out.

Again. Everyone in this video did something wrong.

When was the covered wagon passing the tanker? I didn't see that on the video at all.

There was another passenger vehicle immediately in front of the pick up to begin with. There was no way that Camaro was going to fit into the space in front of the pickup without causing an accident.

Not just intemperate, but drunk. Clearly his judgement was severely impaired.
