I sit low cause that's where I am comfortable.
Also lets me feel what the truck is doing.

I think the "asstronauts" who ride all jacked up to the roof and seat up to the dash are the silly ones.
They look like toy plastic people stuffed into a toy truck by a 3 year old.
All they need is a blank look and a helmet on their head.
    "Dee- Dee- Dee"

    LOL

Why not just I'll drive mine, and they'll drive theirs, and mind their own business for a change.

And while they at it..... pull off the fuel island in under 40 minutes ... stupid wheelholders.

they are illegal on a forklift unless equiped from the factory as an OEM option also. i did forklift repair for 5 years, and we would remove them off our rental units when they came back from rent, and would have to deny the service when customers asked us to install them

Spinner knobs are a pain as well as interfere with handing the wheel. I recommend that
you get use to not using one while backing.

several years ago, I was in a truck that had one on it. a loaner truck while mine was in the shop, got stopped at the I-5 poe going into washington, the weighmaster stopped me,asked for my log book, and commented about the knob"can't have that on there" I hit the parking brake, jumped out and opened the side box and he asked what I was doing. I told him I was getting my tools out and take it off. he told me to get the H&%% off his scale. I said yes sir and left.

My knob is older than this forum. And it ain't goin' anywhere.

Laugh all you want. Don't forget to call your dispatcher afterwards to see what to do next.
