I get a real bad shake when my Jake's engage within the first 5 seconds or so...I can disengage and reenage and it's fine for the first 3-5 seconds then it goes back to the shaking.. Anybody got a clue? The truck is a 2014 T660 with a Cummins

I had a Cummins also , the oil runs high temp. Like sixty degrees over a Cat. If you’re using thin oil like a 40 weight synthetic it’ll wear out the parts faster . Plus I always had problems after over heads . Is it a two stage or three .? Does it shake the same in all stages ? Pull the valve cover off and run the jakes manually . You likely have a few bad jake rockers or oil leaking into your solenoids . Run thicker oil and use an additive like MotorKote

line Thanks this.

Aye . Especially in warm weather when the oil thins . Use a fifty weight and motorkote, You’ll notice a big difference even in your fuel mileage
