And why are people looking into other peoples houses? whether its thru a doorway or window, if you dont want to see something you really dont want to see then dont look pretty simple, i bet that lady is a snoopy nosy person that needs to mind her own dang business.

    On a serious note.

    It is sad that he can't even charge them with trespassing. After all, he is not aware of who it was.

    The state should also automatically charge them with it. Most likely will not, because they aided in his capture.

    What's next???? Is a woman going to be arrested for baring her breasts in her own home while nursing her child?

    The article stated the mom and kid saw him while "walking a path outside" this man's home...were they taking a "short-cut" across his property? If so, THEY were trespassing, were in a place they SHOULDN'T have been, and they wouldn't have seen him if they had stayed on the sidewalk.
