Well, village idiot, this will be my last post directed at you, If you don't know what the principle is, we have nothing more to discuss. And i'm sorry, i didn't realize i was talking to a lawyer licensed to practice in the state of va.

 

I didn't realize I was dealing wth someone who would argue a point...without reading what the law was. Or someone too lazy to google it.

To shoot somebody for trespassing in va you must inform them to leave your property or possibly get shot, cant shoot just cause..

I'm a resident of va and a concealed permit holder so I know a little on this matter. To look this up google va castle doctrine law.
On the other hand it would be nice to shoot alot of people just cause including this woman who is making such a big deal over nothing.
