..or even the DelMarVa bridge-tunnel highway!

 

well be prepared people, RI is re-starting thier tolls soon..

what ever it cost back then, as far as i read, it'll be the same price..

judge said they are legal.

still no cars, will be tolled.

 

I think they still have the death penalty for radar detectors too

 

My buddy got dinged to the tune of $750 total running the toll roads in DFW and maybe Austin area in a two day span. Not like up and down them all day, like up through Austin out to W Tx, then back out of there into DFW to deliver the next day. Apparently some of them have surge pricing during certain times because of traffic, plus higher rates for semis.

 

I wonder how the illegal non domicile driver would handle this

 

Do you have your GPS set to avoid tolls?

Did you check your route before following it?

 

I think my ferry ride to Orcas Island was cheaper, and round trip.

I won't be your competition out that way

 

Good thing we got them $1.50 a mile rates to make up for the huge tolls out here

Better to do your homework before the test.

 

I'm sure he just thought the tolls would be $35 or 60 or something. Nobody expects their tolls for a few miles to be the equivalent to a car payment. I haven't seen signs that say anything about those tolls being that high or there would be long dually skid marks on the pavement from them getting over at the last minute.
