Have 2009 Volvo truck with a visco Behr fan clutch 19094, that doesn't engage when needed.have d13 motor. I have replaced clutch fan, temp, switch, new air conditioning pressure switch, I have been still operating by unplugging clutch fan, then will it fully engage.is this clutch controled by ecm? been wrestling with this problem for a year any suggestions would be appreciated.thanks Steve

Had someone do a diagnostic, and was told ecm, didn't no I had a fan clucth,he said possibly, at some point it was deleted from system. If I could get information on how to install manual fan switch,I am all in.thanks

It must have power going to it because when I unplug it there is no power to it and it will engage. But I follow you train of thought, it has a five pin connection if I could find out which wire out of the five turns power off and put a on off switch on it then I think it would be a manual on off switch. Thanks.
