Ok so I just bought a used 2014 VNL670 and it's set up with all the bluetooth controls on the steering wheel, and it also has the Mic setup. My question comes into play on this next part. The radio that it has says it has bluetooth, however there is no option for me to pair my phone to it. So my question now is, if I either A) buy a radio that has bluetooth that comes from Volvo would it be plug and play? Or B) if I buy an aftermarket radio would it also be plug and play? Bruckner's is telling me that I'll have to get it reprogramed and possibly buy a new harness with either option. I just wanted to know if anyone has done this yet and what exactly you had to go through in order to swap out your radio.

Is there a phone button on top left corner of radio?
-
Negative, it's literally a base radio. I don't even have XM with it, however the radio actually says Bluetooth on it, but has no button, or anything for a phone.
-
I have a phone physical button upper left corner of radio that's how I set mine up. No xm on mine either.
-
If it has a menu button, scroll through to find bluetooth or hands free.
-
I already looked for it, but it doesn't have either of those, not even in the menu. Which is weird, because it says bluetooth on it, I'll take a better look at it once it gets out of the shop.

The 2014 Volvo's came standard with Bluetooth, so I think you will be able to find it.
