    Hello All

Lost my job last month after 16 years of employment,:biggrin_25510: and been thinking about truck driving and reading a lot on this forum (thanks for the comments.):biggrin_25514: I notice that most of you say that the schools are to expensive and that the vo-tech schools or the community collages are less expensive but are they as good as the ones that only teach truck driving? Does anyone know of a good vo-tech or community collage that teaches truck driving in southeastern Michigan or Northwestern Ohio? If not can anyone give me a good school around that era?
Another question I have is that did any one in this forum read a ebook called rich truck driver? Is it anything that one should buy if they are thinking about becoming a driver or is it just bs?
What are you thoughts about us truck driving school in Detroit?

    Thanks

Lansing Community College has a good school, rated one of the best in the USA. Michigan works has money for truck driver training in lansing for displaced workers. costs 4100 bucks that pays for your TIP, Drug screen, Skid Pad, resume building class, lifetime job placement assistance, Home run for safety exersise, 2 road tests, incase you fail the first one, not many do though. Only 2 last year and none this year so far. 98% job placement on or before graduation. Call Sandy at 517-267-6404
