Volts or wattage? Inverter question.

What might this plug be fore

 

@Texnmidwest, thanks always wondered what a engine block warmer plug would look like.

Do any of you drivers have a hot plate. All the ones I'm seeing seems to be to weak. Or to dangerous?

Your response got me thinking, I was able to find the block heater. Looks just like it. But its up under the driver door. Thanks.

Well it looks like I won't be getting a burner plate. The reviews on them sound a lot like a little warmer I had in here.
Where a good place to buy a cheap microwave. I know wally world. But has anyone found any cheaper ones. I'm just looking to make soup. Or hot dogs. Or a t.v dinner.?
