Volvo 630 Headlight Problem Aaaaargh

I have a 2012 630 w/D11 engine and iShift 12-sp. Great truck, fantastic fuel economy. Problem is, it keeps blowing the passenger side low beam headlight. Have been through 3 bulbs in 2 months. Anyone ever have this problem? Don't want some enterprising young DOT officer to give me an invitation to fund his salary over this. Thanks!

last time i drove one. it was a 2000 that kept blowing the headlight switch. that was back in 2001
