Volvo A/C Compressor malfunction?

    I have a 2007 Volvo VNL. Just replaced the condenser and pulled a vacuum and charged it 4lb by requirement. But the a/c compressor keeps cutting on for about 10 seconds then cuts out. And does this repeatedly. Usually this is a sign of lower refrigerant, but not quite in this situation. Any suggestions?

    fist thing is that 4lb is a slight overcharge for that system needs to be 3.75 lb for that year, next need to check expansion valve probably something is not opening up properly and making overpressure in the system which is cutting off ac compressor or freeze switch inside went to ####.
