I have a 2006 Volvo VNL 780 with the D12D and recently had to replace my ECM because of a fried board that had leaked. Board had oil and water in it. I know about the problem with the original "wicking" harness and had that replaced I believe around 2012 or so. My question is: When did Volvo re-engineer the harness so that it was antiwicking to prevent future failure or do I now need to add the new pigtail to prevent future failure?
