Volvo D12 injector code

Hello,
I has been quite some time since I have posted anything on here... But once again i need some input and help from you all...
I have a 07 Volvo with and D12 engine, it has about 1108000 on it, I just had my leaking injector wiring harness replaced. Before I replaced it I had an injector code come up twice the code is mid 128 sid 4 fmi 7 and it would show up I would shut the truck down it would go away and not come back. That was when i last pulled a load and the load was about 42 000 lbs. They replaced my harness this past week and since then the truck did not pull any loads. However the injector code is there now constantly and is not going away. The truck still idels fine, and it does not have any loss of power. I took it to volvo and I am expecting to hear back this weekend but i would like to get input from someone who might have gone trhough the same thing or who has experience dealing with these engines.
