    I don't know if this is the issue or not, but the symptoms are the same. When I was with my first trainer at Stevens Transport, his truck (KW) started to exhibit the same thing. Loss of power, no acceleration, etc. This was going on sporadically for days. Finally, the red engine light came on one morning in Albuquerque as we were leaving to head up to Denver. We ended up being layed up there for 4 days while the problem got fixed. It was the harness that had to be replaced. I think it was like $6k if I remember correctly.

    Yeah the engine harness is something volvo recommended me changing I’m tryna stay running long enough to replace it With the vgt actuator

    So
    after they fixed the egr pipe it helped a lil bit with just turbo codes it was recommended that I do a splice so the actuator can get better From another source instead of the engine harness because the connection was corroded can this work???

    Did you ever find out what the problem was? I’m having same problem. Truck runs fine until I hit 30mph, then it loses power like it’s starving for fuel.

    No codes. Did injector air test, no issues. Fuel pump checked, brand new fuel filter housing and filters. Fuel lines checked, def delete. Idles perfect, under 7th gear runs fine. Under 30mph runs fine. Soon as it hits 30mph, loses power and wants to stall out. Noticed boost pressure is low. Radiator is leaking from top.

    Yeah my problem was my egr cooler and egr valve was bad

    Update:.......... well the pos broke down again I went and spoke to the manager about this bs so he tell me now that it’s probably the injectors and cups which was what @nasriza told me could of been the problem in the first place so he did a history report the injectors and cups been replaced 4 times on this truck allready and one was replaced no longer then 60k miles ago before I got the truck but since it was done in 2017 it’s not under warranty no more now I replaced engine harness egr cooler and egr valve and turbo actuator I started to have a bbq with this truck but my finianace company told me to get a estimate of the work and thell give me a loan on and add it to my truck note now if this don’t work I’m done with this pos truck
