Volvo D13 Def poor Quality and Doser issue

    I get these codes in the night time when its cold and while going up hill and it clears itself in the daytime. The codes are Spn 4094 fmi 1 and 18, Spn 5394 fmi 17, I have changed the def doser, nox sensors but no luck, please help...
