replace the truck! I went through almost the exact scenerio. Volvo replaced darn near everything except the engine itself and never fixed the problem. Tens of thousands of wasted dollars replacing parts that never fix the problem. I found one solution, sold the truck! Good luck to ya, I know your pain and wish i had a miracle solution for ya. Have you tested the injectors yet? I hate to even suggest that, since the dealership took 3 tries on my truck to get them right. But, it still didnt solve my problem.

Best advice ever , getting rid of the #### truck takes care of all the problems. Went through same scenario, after having New Filters and SCR replaced plus every known sensor, new EGR cooler and Valve the #### truck still wouldn't get fixed. 2016 volvo with 480k miles

No the best advice is jeep the truck and delete the def
