Hello,
My truck is not lowering the soot level after the regen, it completes the regen as usual with the temps good but the soot level stays the same and it asks for more parked regeneration. In the past year, I got DPF, NOX sensors, temp sensors, and differential pressure sensors changed. I checked for leaks in the exhaust and nothing in there.
Any advice on what could be the issue?
Edit:
I had the computer plugged in to check the temps and if any of the sensors is reading anything unusual but it showed nothing wrong, no codes also

What operating conditions does this truck see? Long periods (3+ hours) of driving at highway speeds? Short hauls with lots of stop and go such as local P&D with lots of idling? Or maybe somewhere in between?

What are your T1, T2, and T3 temps and DPF delta P during regen?

The dpf differential sensor tubes could be plugged, or there can be a fault in the wiring where the ECM is reading an incorrect value. Its possible too(likely), that an upstream issue has plugged the DPF with excessive soot and ash. Higher inlet than outlet temps can sometimes be an indicator of this. EGR cooler problems as well as injector cup problems are common on the D13's. What EPA/GHG/OBD year is the engine?
