Best guess is a differential/power divider issue.

Engines are manufactured to EPA emission rules for the year they are made in, so the rules governing engines in 2015 was ghg 14, or for Volvo, they called it OBD13. I think. Here is some regen values for your truck.

The only one thing I noticed as different from that list is the fuel consumption, we have 3.5gal where it says 4.5 on this attachment.John_IronClad Thanks this.

Does it have extended crank times?
-
No, I had a similar issue about 2 months ago, we took to the Volvo dealership then and they performed the parked regen with the computer plugged in and the soot level went down, it was good since then. Not sure why the truck is not lowering the soot level without plugged in the computer.

Are you initiating the regen from your scan tool or the stalk switch? I've seen it where it has to see the regen initiated by the stalk switch in order for the ECM to recognize a regen was completed.
-
Not sure what the stalk switch is? We start regen at the instrument cluster
Ok I googled it, yeah we use the stalk switch -
The switch used to cycle the menu on the instrument cluster to get to the regen request.
-
yes that's how we request the parked regen
