Volvo FH12 460 Giving me a headache

    vin is yv2ap40c26a610797 and the only fault code on transmission is pressure value too high thats the only active code but the truck was running before with that code

    if tranny pressure is too high - replace ore add air pressure limiting valve, set it to 9 bar

    if pressure is out of range it is impossible to calibrate transmission

    no we havnt but the gauges on the dash stay full

    when you engage manual and flick through your gears you can hear it at the box but just wont accelarate

    What year was the truck manufacture is it a 6x2 tractor midlift or an 8x4 double drive

    gauges on dash - primary and secondary tanks, dahboard reads wet tank pressure too, but tranny got additional tank supplied from accessory tank

    OK, drive truck to dealer to do tranny and clutch calibration with VCADS and install tranny pressure limiting valve to avoid shifting cylinders damage

    Thanks guys the truck is running now we had to get the clutch booster replaced. Seems to have done the job. Sure i will be back soon to ask another questions trucks are a headache lol
