hey everyone, new to the forum

What disconnects or tells the computer that a parked regen is complete on d13?

Usually, after a regen is complete, it will go from high idle down to a 700 rpm idle. Sometimes in the driver message center it will tell you parked regen complete

Yes, it said it was complete, but which sensors tell the system that it's done? Is it a combination of sensors, some sort of exhaust flow through the DPF/DOC?
One of my trucks does it fairly quickly, 35min to an hour, while another took maybe 2 hours.
