I have the same seat and am having an issue with it as well. It is constantly dropping and raising on its own while driving down the road. Its not a slow leak but looks to be something to do with the auto leveling feature. Does that seem to be something that the height control valve part number 20748450 would be involved with?

Thanks for the reply. I took it apart and didn't like the looks of that valve so I just tore it out and replaced it with a $20 push pull valve. Now the seat doesn't squish me up into the steering wheel every time I lean over it because I forgot my checkbook on the council.

Hi, I have an air leak from deiver side seat on both side bolster switches. Manipulating the toggle for a while helps temporarily, but I have to do it every time.
Does anybody know if I can buy those toggle switches separately?

It’s a 2015 Volvo Vnl. I beleive they are base seats.

It's a National Seat, you can grab the bottom cushion from the rear at point where it meets the back cushion and pull it up, (it's on hinges) and access the switches from there.

It's probably a bad o-ring in the fitting, or the air line may not be secured very well.

Thanks, I did just that this morning. Air lines are not leaking. It’s the switches, they are bad.
