    Thanks to all who tried to help with this issue. It was the starter that cause click with no crank. Truck is back to life. :)

    Always when you hear a click it is the starter solenoid, to check jump the starter by bypassing the solenoid. Take a big screw driver and touch the power to the solenoid to the big feed to the starter. it should turn over and scare you at the same time by the sparks caused when you basically cause a short. if nothing happens then you have a "flat" spot on the stater. Replacement for cummins isx is cdn $289.00 volvo part Starter 20529774, delco 39mt.
