Buy a volvo and you will be living at the dealership :biggrin_25524: As far as resale, nothing beats a Peterbilt..... 6 years ago a friend traded a vnl with N14 525hp, 18 speed, 3.55, loaded to the top with all options, truck was a 1998 with 670k on it, he got 18,000 for it. I just traded my 1998 379, 550 cat, 13 speed, 3.55s, 1,165,000 miles and nothing done to it got 25,000 for it...... 6 years later lol. I personally dont care for the trucks, way to many problems, if your a O/O id stay away.

even the companies are starting to shy away from volvo due to the expenses.

Oh, and are you supposed to be selling your product on this forum?

I drive a 2007 model and absolutely love it!

It's comfortable, quiet and a smooth ride (for the most part).
It's still new so I have not had any problems with electrical at all.

It has the Cummins engine which seems to pull like a champ!

great truck in my opinion. i drive one daily up and down the east coast and all i have had to do is put fuel in it. normal maintenance makes a big difference. The only problem i have is a lot of blow by (isx 400),but thats the only problem so far.(2004 volvo vnl670 with 448678 miles)

A lot of Companys buy truck because they are cheap as in price because at trade in time so many are traded in equals no trade in value.

Right now I like the looks of a 387 or 386. Aren't freightliners starting to have a better retail value than Volvos?
