Hello and yes, before we go any further, let me just state that I was assuming you had a J1939 databus fault with all the multiple failures and thought you had a way of pulling actual fault codes with some type of "code reader, laptop, prolink, ect", I see now your relying on the Dash Information Center-telematics to lead you in the right direction so that you can make it home? You can do that now if road speed is the only issue. Permanent repair- possibly depending on year (transmission speed sensor/wiring or abs controller/wiring). With everything in place, will the truck run and move? What does the telematics say (should have a rotary switch that allows you to scroll through all of the faults). The yellow and green wires are signal wires that are twisted together and sometimes jacketed, I have seen 3-wire jacketed. Resistance measurements between the two should be 120 ohms from either an internal component resistor or an inline harness resistor unless otherwise stated (60 ohm's) during flow chart testing. Any readings you now get with any wire(s) are meaningless without a schematic and a basic knowledge of that system except maybe an obvious case ground. Anyway whatever you've done you've obviously regained some or most of your systems back. Again I'm here to help and I don't want to waste your time with CAN-bus if there is no J1939 databus fault code, not for the faint of heart. I am back at the beginning, will the truck move and what does the telematics say.

Hi. I had to take my mind off for couple days so my brain doesn't explode inside my head. Here is what I had in very beginning when I came to the yard on Monday to start the truck:
Abs light popped up on the dash
Check engine ECU at the next stop
Check light control module at the next stop
Check brake ECU at the next stop
Check vehicle ECU at the next stop
No speedometer (mph) tachometer works fine
    No turbo gauge
No turn signal indicator light or sound in the speedo like it should ( 4 ways work just fine, and all the light bulbs works fine on the truck itself on either position left, right ,4ways )
Can't control gas pedal (very sensitive throttle)
    Autoshift trans not shifting properly
Now if I disconnect yellow and green wires right by battery box, I assume that they go to brake ECU or trans ECU truck regains as follows.
Turn signals works just as suppose to
    Turbo gauge working
    Throttle works fine
No more check light control module
    No more check brake ECU.
That's is far I can remember now, its been almost a week since I mess with it.
The truck sits in my garage at home, I managed to carefully drive it home it only few miles away from my yard.
And yes I don't have any schematic or fancy computer to hook up to it. I'm trying to figure this out with out going to the dealership.
    Thanks again for your help
    Andy

Your troubleshooting shows that you have a j1939 data link issue. It is either wiring itself or the modules (Eaton trans. TCM, trans. shifter,or ABS) Do you have the shifter control that is mounted on the right side of driver seat or is it on the dashboard?

Hi it's on the side of the seat. Square style with push button operation.

With all wiring intact dash information showing
Engine ecu, brake ecu, light control module, vehicle ECU and codes shown are:
    Engine ecu
    Mid128 sid231 fmi9
    Mid128 pid84 fmi2
Trans ecu (sometimes active sometimes inactive)
    Mid130 sid231 fmi2
    Brake ECU
    Mid136 sid231 fmi6
    Mid136 sid231 fmi6
    Vehicle ECU
    Mid144 sid231 fmi2
    Mid144 pid84 fmi2
    Mid144 psid200 fmi9
    Mid144 psid205 fmi9

With that green yellow wires disconnect at the batt. box codes are
    Engine ecu
    Mid128 pid84 fmi2
Trans ecu again sometimes active sometimes inactive
    Mid130 sid231 fmi2
    Vehicle ecu
    Mid144 pid84 fmi2
    Mid144 psid205 fmi9

Hi. It always crosses my mind, but I never saw droppings, smells, nests and so on. No damages to wiring harnesses as fa6i can see it. Thanks again for you taking time to respond.

Follow the harness from where it exits from bottom of shifter module, around and under back side of seat frame, then under rubber floor. Remove the door sill plate (T25 torx screws) Wires tend to break or fray right around the area that it comes up through hole in rubber flooring near seat belt receptacle. Take your time and inspect every inch of that harness.

You talking about the wiring harnesses that runs along side door sill in that plastic channel? They go from shifter then some harness joints them from under the cab and goes to the front of the cab.

Yes. do you see you twisted green/yellow wires? Concentrate your search by following those.
