W-2 Form from Prime

i dont remember the name of the website but if im not mistaken its to late to sign up for that i think you had until the 8th to do it

 

Open enrollment for the new vision insurance has nothing to do with a W-2.

Then again maybe your eye Doctor does your taxes.

 

u2 once again i think you are sadly mistaken or cant read clearly maybe you need to sign up for the vision plan no one mentioned that he asked about the w2 and i gave him what i remembered dont know what you are reading but you must do better

Im not aware of a company site to retrieve your W-2. If there is way to get them through the SpyWeb site we get our online settlements, im not aware of it.

Maybe they directed you to a website like priortax.com.

My W-2 was lost in the mail last year and payroll just faxed me a new copy. I was only given 3 options Fax, another copy by mail, or I could pick it up in person.

 

There was a sticker on my wife's settlement envelope in Dec. that said "signup before January 8th for your w2 at www.w2@copy.com company code IW2146".

 

That would have been cool... They must of forgot to put a sticker on mine.

Crossing fingers they put travel allowance (per diem) in the non taxable box this year. Box 14? I think. They only listed 401k last year.

It appears they also forgot to put that sticker on my husband's settlement also.
