Has anybody heard anything about Wabash Trucking/Transportation?

They have a terminal in St Joseph MO, but I can't find much about them. I believe they may be headquartered in IL.

    Any information would be appreciated.

Yeah, I believe that is it. My sister is asking me about them. Her hubby is thinking about going with them.

Thank you, MJ. I figured somebody here would be able to help. He drives for Keim now, but is looking for something else.

Depending on where you live you can get home daily. Used to be if you had no flat exp, but had 6 months recent they would load you with another truck bound for the same cons. He would teach you load securement. Good about getting home weekly with a kick off not far from your home. Usually a hour or so from your home 20 for mondays drop. That way you can leave out mon and not sunday. Trucks are junk tho.

They cut the bennies drasticly. Now if you don't run so many miles you do not get a paid vacation. Getting home is easy; miles aren't. They haul a lot of shingles. Lowes; places like that. Run chicago to nashvile a lot. They hire in areas their drivers live in. That way you know the lanes and can get home a lot. Even OTR you can get thru the house for dinner a couple nights plus weekends home. Guys I knew would take home 800-900 a week sleep at home anywhere from 3-4 nights a week.

He's home every weekend now, but he's wanting to be home every night. They have a terminal here in St Joe, but I had never heard of them. Sis asked me if I had, and I told her I would check here to see if there was any info.
