Again, you are going to take off from a new job, drive back to where you used to work and go to court? You can probably net more just working at your next job. Your logic makes no sense, unless we are talking a large amount of money, to which they would not be in small claims court. Are you thinking this through?

Read the OP. They asked if the company can just take money out of their paycheck for a tow bill. The answer is no. Whether or not someone would decide to sue their company for doing this is a whole 'nother thread entirely. -
