That's the same price I was quoted for at another Rush dealer. I thought they were price gouging me lol.

Both styles disc brakes have wear indicators. Not always accurate, if the caliper hangs up and wears just one pad the indicator will be off.
Just release brakes, the calipers should have a little movement, if not they need to be freed up. Don't let some shop say they need replaced,
you can rebuild them easily. Tappet kits aren't much at all.
