I'd argue that the utility company should be on the hook for damage to the truck as well due to their negligence.

I don't like when people don't admit their faults though. I don't like when they do it to me. I lost a bit of revenue because people just kept quiet.
But it might not be his fault. Around my house the pole lines are so low, I had to move a trampoline.

He’s a good guy and never have a problem with late or not showing. Very consistent but sometimes loses a little focus especially towards end of the day or week and it’s time to get back to the house. :D

    He’s not going anywhere. ;)

He immediately took pics and also downloaded and sent me his dash cam that he bought for himself. He was turning a corner and the low line was across the road he was turning onto.

Well, finally got a credit union to give us financing!
I can finally start building big business credit!

I’m indifferent with the rate but it is what it is. 6.2% for 3 years on these 2 new trucks.

6.2% is decent in any market, but especially this market. Good job.

Learn the Rules for Overhead Clearance on Power Lines (thespruce.com)

Power Lines Over Streets and Roadways With Commercial Traffic
For any driveways, alleys, roads, or streets likely to carry vehicles more than 8 feet in height, the guideline is for all power lines to be at least 15.5 feet above the ground measured at their lowest point.

For data wires over vehicle traffic: a minimum vertical clearance of 15 1/2 feet
