Waiting on New Trucks thread.

Look at all that space! So much room for activities!!

 

But you can get new truck prices staying high. With the last 2 or 3 years all the fleets on 3 year cycles putting off purchases of new equipment because they couldn't get it at any price they've got old equipment they need to replace. Demand is there. But what they aren't looking to buy are inefficient 389's. No surprise anyone is backing out of those with $4 fuel and the handwriting on the wall for contract rates.

 

Just saw a nice red W9 at Mack in Findlay Ohio. Sitting on the front row corner spot. No telling what year. Looked brand new. Had a bunch of other Trucks too. Didn’t really get a look at them though. Might have been Mack’s. Lol. The KW really stood out. Might be worth a call for info, if anyone’s in the market.

I got quoted a W9 heavy haul unit for 268 FET incl. not as bad as I expected but still 68,000 higher than it was 3 years ago.

 

I need to fit a 20k pusher, stainless steel fenders and chain hangers in that space.

2004 KENWORTH W900 - Flag City Mack



2004. Looks real nice. Has basic interior. I wonder what else is missing besides that gauge and bottom half of the shift handle cover.

 

The steering column under the wheel. The dash looks rough. And the bumper is bent

 

yea, but that custom rear t bar tho lol
