Would not surprize me if Wal Mart does start their own Truck Stops. They are getting into everything else.
WalMart in my Home town parking Lot is not Big enough for many trucks to come in unless it is late at night.
There is a Grocery Store that has ample Parking for 100 Trucks or more, but if a Truck thinks of going in there they call the Police, yet you see all kind of Cars parked in the Fire Lane and nothing is done...

When I took my CDL driving test, the guy doing the testing told me to turn into a Walmart parking lot and made me manuever through the lot. It wasn't a large Walmart either and I had to turn down rows with parked cars. I actually had to go over a curb to make the one turn. The lot was not made for trucks. He told me he wasn't going to count that against me.

Your CDL official DMV examiner? or were you doing a road test for some company?
-
Sounds like the test examiner. He was such a moron. Luckily for him she did it safely.

You, my friend are incorrect. Wal-Mart made a settlement with the EPA and part of Wal-Marts settlement was to display those signs on all their property.

Target or Kmart

most walmarts look like a truckstop anyways, well the ones that still let you park like the one on I-24 exit 152 in kimball tn. most of the time there at any givin time there are 20-50 trucks on their lot

No, if you watch that "rolled back" item, it will go right back up in price 2 months later. Then a few months after that, it gets rolled back again... But not to as far as it was last time it got rolled back. That's how they raise the prices. They don't do this with every item mind you, there's plenty of stuff in the wal-mart that was built in my town that is just as cheap as the day they opened. It usually happens to the bigger ticket items, especially electronics.
When there's an item that truly needs to be rolled back, say a 128mb memory card, they do it gradually. Yeah, eventually it will be like $10, but they spent 6 months or more getting it there, so they made a ton of "bloat" profit off of that item during that time. This is how they can cut prices at their new stores to below cost. The older stores pick up the tabs.
When I park at a wal-mart I go inside and ask the manager if it's ok, usually no problem. If they say no of course, I just say "OK, I'll spend my paycheck elsewhere." It gets a few, but most know that in the grand scheme of things you're not really going to affect their profits on your own.
