    Well, I walk most days.....and have for the last 20 years....so let's hope this study is right. It's bad enough to grow old and have your body fall apart, but I'd like my mind to stay intact to the bitter end. I want to be OOOOOOOLD, wrinkled, and sharp as a tack! :yes2557:

    We all get such good health info
    But myself included dont seem to follow almost any of it
    I just hope walking my dog counts ( to the door and let him out )

    I LOVE to WALK!

    I used to be an avid jogger but now it's walking which I believe is just as good.

    My dogs and I walk alot.

    Here lately it's been to HOT to really go for long walks but, hopefully it is to cool down this week and we will be out there doing our thing.:biggrin_25519:
