Walmart bans trucks. Blame all around.

I believe you are right. He knew their importance of truckers to his stores. In fact, he could have had any car he wanted, but chose to visit his stores in a Ford F150 pickup. I think it's still generally true today, aside from a few bad apples, I've always been treated right at Walmart.

 

This is the fault of the trucking industry and Walmart itself. Like the old saying goes—You get what you pay for.

 

I was in Dunn, NC Friday and trucks are banned at the Walmart there. The guy knocked on my door and told me that the manager is insistent on towing trucks if they are there longer than a couple of hours. A driver died in his truck while parked at that location. Now the family is suing Walmart over his death. Eventually Walmart is going to ban trucks is from parking at their locations nationwide.

 

Western Express flatbed beside me at Walmart on Saturday. This is my local store. His cigarette butts and his urine. I used my pickup to cover so I didn’t walk in it.

 

Is that what we do nowadays?! When someone dies we sue the place of death even if it had nothing to do with the cause? Pathetic

 

wow hopefully u got his truck number too , i wish ppl like that would lose their job for being nasty and ruining it for the rest of us

 

they sure do hate trucks up in that part of the country , illinois, idiana, ohio, ive been kicked out of alot of walmarts and strip malls up there even just parking for 10 mins to walk down the street and get something to eat

 

That’s exactly what we do now.

 

Walmart needs to put in about 15 parking spots per store that you can pay for on their app and reserve. It’s not a lot of money, but it’s something. 280 days a year/10 spots a night at $10 would be 28k. 4200 stores would generate $117,600,000 a year. Donate it to charity. All across the country malls, stores, etc could do this and either charge for parking or the gov could give them some kind of tax incentive. Bottomline is you don’t fix the parking shortage by banning trucks from parking.

 

Walmart is not in it to help you or anyone. They are in it to be the Best and make the most money. If they wanted to create parking and provide for truck drivers then they could easily do that. When you walk through the doors at Walmart it doesn't say "Welcome to Walmart what can I do for you".. It says "Welcome to Walmart, everyday Low Prices."
They don't give a rats *** about you or any of us.
