Ok, how about this one? I went to a walmart about a month ago (and i didnt have the internet in the truck at the time, so no way to complain on the internet!)

I had to pick up a PRELOADED TRAILER from a paper mill. Rolls of paper. I am required to bring an empty. I have one. My empty is a 1996. It is required to be less than 10 years old. (i foudn this all out before heading to the shipper, thank god)

First, Weiner dispatch told me to go to the home depot DC. Well, they said they cant release trailers until monday. Even though we own it and its just an empty.

So, Weiner dispatch told me to go to the walmart DC. I found a suitable trailer. It took me FOUR HOURS at the DC. I only spent 20 minutes inside the facility (I went to the traffic office, explained my problem, and they gave me a post-it with all the zones that are supposed to have empty weiner trailers in them, and I went and checked the VIN plate on the front of each one...), so that was essentially *all* in line at the guard shack.

    That is just...uncalled for.
