I think the discrepancy here is that running with the FLOW of traffic can/should be different than running in a GROUP of traffic. I can run with the flow, but I try and make sure I am not in a group, but in space, not necessarily slower, but apart from.AfterShock Thanks this. -

Why should someone be responsible for the costs of the person not wearing the seatbelt per the law as well.
Civil suit is true, but the fatality and injuries may be their own fault for not wearing the seatbelt as well. There is no doubt the driver of the truck struck the limo. -
In 20 or so seconds a driver should appear to cite a circumstance where a fatality occurred due to a seat belt being worn, therefore wearing a seat belt will kill you.... -
