Nowhere have I said he is not guilty of a traffic accident. He struck the rear of the vehicle. All I have said, is that there is conflicting information on the collision. Remember all of the news reports on him being on duty for 24 hours. Now what do they say? They have all retracted the comments.

I only mentioned the seat belts because of experience that it could have contributed to the severity of the accident. The drivers were restrained and they had no injuries.

In the other picture, if he had not been there, maybe someone else would have hit the limo or maybe not.

I have also only taken the stand to allow him the right to a trial.

Just about as intelligent as you assuming that a person with a different view is holding his hand. Makes you look odd as well.

Nowhere have I said he is not guilty of a traffic accident.

Now with your expert opinion, please explain your stand on the brunt of the impact and the correlation to the injuries received. Then explain in your vast knowledge whether seat belts could have made the difference.

I know it is hard, but think if they had been restrained, it may not have been as bad.

You should go to the thread about idiot facebook truckers and explain how each one of those accidents must've been someone else's fault. Hey, tell me how the one on my signature isn't his fault. Lol

He was in the back of the limo when the truck hit it. What do you need to be explained to you?

Joe, I don't think anyone he is making excuses for the driver, he screwed up, plain and simple, his fault, and he has to live with that and pay the consequences, But I am waiting for more info because in all honesty, I doubt that the truck initially hitting that limo, by looking at the damage, is what caused most of the injuries, I do believe that the limo after being flipped on it's side sent whoever and whatever that wasn't bolted down flying, that is where I am "assuming" most of the injuries, and the death came from.

All I am saying is, a LOT of this MIGHT have been avoided.

It is quite obvious that you believe yourself to be a perfect driver.

    Ever had a speeding ticket?

If so, in my opinion you are not. I have not had one since I was 16.

I agree. If the Walmart driver did his job we wouldn't be talking about this at all.

Didn't say that at all. I know a gigantic screw up when I see one. And this one cost a man his life.

Then why are you so up in arms with me, when I have been stating the same?

Just saw this on Twitter feed. Looks like you have another one to rant about.

    Ithaca NY

Ithaca,NY (Thompkins County) *Tractor Trailer into Building w/ People Trapped* E State St - A tractor trailer ran into a restaurant trapping workers and the driver. Crews are still gaining access to the driver and 1 worker.

TRUE, and if everyone was restrained there may not be any injuries/death. It doesn't change the fact that the WM screwed up.
