Walmart driver at 20 mph over speed limit, investigation ongoing about before on duty

    I agree ZVar....Q: How many times in the past had he made the same commute ....but nothing happened?

    He was driving without sleep for 26 hours to be specific. The first 12 hours were in his personal vehicle commuting from Georgia to Delaware, which of course is off duty. Then he immediately got into his Walmart truck and began his 14 hour shift. At 13 hours into that shift is when he rammed into Tracy Morgan's limo.
    Parking is never an issue for any Walmart driver, they are able to park at any Walmart parking lot as needed.

    I've seen this posted repeatedly in this thread and it's just not true. There are many Walmart parking lots that do not allow even Walmart trucks to park overnight.
