The ECM and the computer showed him doing 65 mph at the time of impact. The speed limit where the impact occurred was 45 and the truck showed 65. And he rear ended the limo, as apparent in the pictures and his own words.

he was trying to beat his 14 hrs clock

if he hadnt been on a computerized system, he could have casually arrrived at his destination

Correction, thats what they said it showed, did they offer proof? I havent seen it? So its hearsay, not admissable until proven.

What do you want them to show you? Even Walmart is cooperating because they know what the deal is.... You know Walmart, they don't EVER admit to wrongdoing. You believe what you want. I won't try to disabuse you of what you want to believe. Me personally hope he enjoys his temporary home in New Jersey.

Actually the article states he was going 65 one minute BEFORE impact...not the moment of impact

Ill tell you what I want, the same thing the judge will want, You say this man was speeding and killed someone, I want you to show me Cold Hard Proof that man was speeding before I lock him away for 15 years, that what I want. And thats what Any Real Court of Law will want.
