Either way your future looks good. Just don't get anyone knocked up! Lol

Problem is you chose both long term employers. One comes with more frustration than the other. Question is how much sacrifice are you willing to make for either company?

if you had kids and or family and were sole provider Walmart would be your ticket. Flying solo with no amount of significant bills gives you wiggle room for UPS.

We currently have a few drivers either working in the hub or have side driving jobs with small companies. Sure those don't pay as well but does allow the flexibility which is what is needed when you’re low on the totem at brown.

So both UPS and WM are sleeper birth trucks , I would stick with WM bc you’ll be kept running for sure after the holidays . Just got word from more massive layoffs coming from the Ports and ships lines and doesn’t look to get any better soon. You could always come back to UPS in a sleeper truck but I doubt a day cab job will open up soon.

But UPS yields far better results long term with the pension and insane pay.
