Key in the door?

 

Looks like I'm about to learn alot of new stuff.

 

It’s little things like that that are just nonsense. They treat drivers like children

 

And we get paid like professionals..

 

So do most places. I’m not knocking anyone for working there, it’s just amazing the things they put you guys through.

 

Yeah we have to put up with stuff just like any trucking job. At least we don’t have driver facing cameras....just forward facing. This is the only driving job I’ve been at where you can earn 90k + your first year if you work a full week, totally legal, with 2 days off a week. Works for me lol
I understand it’s not for everyone but the pay is top in this industry...for doing what we do (reefer/dry van). Not to mention up to 4 weeks paid off within your first year and it goes up from there. Win win for me

Yea most places do not pay as good as WM. I’m not knocking anyone for not working at WM, it just amazes me that some drivers would work for change when we make dollars.
