its really a personal choice. policy says no touch. remember if you get hurt. now thats 3 drivers they are paying. if 3 drivers are making $31 hourly adp, then thats $93 a hour wm is paying vs $11 store person

In theory yes they should only load pallets on assigned days, they get a reminder with previous days GM truck.

But it doesn't always work out this way. It depends on your location/DC and whether your location ops managers have enough sac to not let the stores do whatever they want and get away with it. Not the way it should be or by policy, but sadly the way it is

I figured it out the other day. I made around 88/cpm in 2018. That should help the drivers who are used to only seeing the cents per mile figures.

my thoughts on the departure meeting. 1. pay increase. 2. pnet is going away. 3. safety is making some changes to the step program. 3. phone policy is changing. 4. more flow threw support at gro dc's

Pay and programs are to be released tomorrow. So glad our meetings were already scheduled:mad:

Oh well about 30 seconds after the first meeting starts it will be out there.

In our meeting today no change on phone policy, or pnet announced. Usual best of the best only 10% of drivers causing 99.999% of accidents, stay focused, videos of Blue Angels and discussing focus teamwork.

Did reiterate phone policy. DIscussed how new guys being "tested" in on boarding events.

Discussed not using navigo through workflow. Only enter destinations in manually. Been getting some anomalies allowing automatic in cab navigation.

About it other than DC specific gripes.
