More then a few posts here saying people were just having bad days that is no excuse. I had plenty of bad days I never take my problems out on people and throw #### at them or run over their foot or whatever else. There are plenty of ways to relieve stress without affecting other people.
Walmart manager hit my leg with metal dock bar. Serious Suggestions?

It's funny the worker crying about his job throwing a temper tantrum throwing #### around sounds like the snowflake in my opinion. Maybe he dropped his pacifier and it got dirt on it.

I just don't understand the lack of sympathy here for a fellow driver.
It's not like if a dispatcher or customer does any number of the disrespectful or asinine things they do to drivers everyday, that they take the risk of getting maimed by a driver.
And if a driver were to be the victim of a careless, fugitive 4-wheeler and suffer a damaged load, he/she runs the real risk of losing their job with the carrier footing the bill for the damage.
It's quite the catch-22: if the OP hadn't recorded the incident, he would likely not have a "strong" case, whereas that's the very thing he's being lambasted for.
You don't have to like the fact that he was recording in order to sympathize with his injury and wish him well on being compensated. If we were talking about a driver losing a job and a carrier paying out tens of thousands for damaged cargo, the same people would be saying it's par for the course.
Perhaps it's precisely this double-standard that contributes to the industry- and government-wide lack of interest in properly valuing the drivers. If drivers don't care about drivers, who else will?Toomanybikes and scottied67 Thank this.
