If the op had even an ounce of empathy towards the guy that unloaded him maybe more would have compassion for the op.But no he laughs and couldn't wait to film this guy probably making him more angry.Had I been the unloader I would have told the op to get the h-ell out.

This sounds eerily familiar......Have you ever met and upset tonya Harding in any way. And did you hold your knee and yell "why me!??" After the incident.

Instead of filming, maybe help the guy out? Probably would have saved an injury. I'm old school, that is what I would normally do, not make a bad situation worse.

Yep and making fun of his weight like the op did. That's just wrong.I don't think the op is hurting like he said he did.Probably more of an attention seeker.

I spend quite a bit of time on docks hauling auto parts for the Big 3 up here in Michigan... Most of the folks I deal with are flat out burnt out due to the hours many of them work. The last thing I want to do is make their day more difficult or insult them. I look at this as a team effort, we all have one goal in mind, keep the assembly plant churning out the cars, and anything I can do to facilitate just that, I will do. It is not us vs them, it is we all work together to accomplish the task at hand. Laughing at and filming a person trying to do his job is not a good attitude to bring to the table as this driver discovered. Sad thing, he probably didn't learn a thing from any of it.

Did I miss the video? I need to see the actual video to decide if the forklift driver was having a “bad day”.. Because I could be having a good day and it suddenly turn bad if some douchey person with a iPhone whips it out and films me.

To be clear, this is the douchey part

“ I pull out my phone and start recording because it’s a funny sight seeing some 300lb dude getting upset on the job”

That’s before he threw the dock leveler and maimed him (yeah right). Sorry, but this guys a tool.

Just to tell us that a recruiter- opps, I mean lawyer, said “he had a good case”. Of course a lawyer would say that. Lol
