Suck it up and move on for a few reasons.

    1) You filmed the dude. You were actively using your cell phone on the loading dock. Any lawyer with a crap will destroy you on that. Say you werent paying attention.

    2) You were told not to mention it, but the first thing you do is come here and mention it. Really dude?

    3) I pulled Wal-Mart trailers with USA Truck. We had to sign a piece of paper agreeing to not do anything to attempt to steal proprietary info from them. Recording on a cell phone and admitting to it can be used aganist you and you better hope Wal-Mart don't turn around and sue you. I am sure they can afford better attorneys than you can.

It sucks you got hurt. Move on from it.

It pisses me off seeing "TRUCK drivers" taking video of other drivers having difficulty backing into a parking spot in a truck stop. Why don't they just GOAH (Get Out And Help)????

The idiocy of wanting to get a YouTube moment of fame seems to have overcome the common courtesy of helping someone. But for God's sake, why in the WORLD would you want to do THAT with a CUSTOMER!!!???

The Walmart employee is the biggest wrongdoer in this case. He should be fired. Just my opinion.

OP...make sure you get proper medical attention. That's Swift's responsibility and I don't see why they'd have any problem with it. Heal up and get back to work.

And, for what it's worth, filming that guy and not even offering to help him was a low class move.
Sure, he shouldn't have lost his cool but maybe if you'd handled the situation differently he would have acted better.
This one is all yours. Learn from it and move on.

True. But if I were in that Walmart employee's shoes, struggling to use a pallet jack AND the truck driver was taking VIDEO instead of HELPING or at least OFFERING to help...

... I would have had better aim.

They sell these giant costume heads at Walmart all different animals. I thought about buying one and I'll put it on when #######es want to record me backing lol just to be funny. Noooo I won't do that but I'd crack up seeing something like that.

Filming everything seems to be pretty common nowadays. I don’t get it any more than you do, especially the guys that wear the silly camera hats 24/7.
