    because of the audit

  4. well you had the one guy fall into the lake or river back in Oregon and you had the biggest black eye the private fleet ever got from Kevin Roper in that whole New Jersey debacle with Tracy Morgan..
well I've noticed though and I'm sure Michael Noble and Jason Wing have seen it to is the fact that there's a lot of recklessness in the private fleet..
guys at the Midway & Shelby North Carolina passing in the Gorge out on I-40 in North Carolina Tennessee, ..
lot of recklessness out of hopkinsville Kentucky these are just things I noticed when I look at the side as I'm getting an idiot going by me and I could see exactly where they're out of there's more but I'm not going to go any further but point should be taken..
prior to the Kevin Roper debacle you never seen that kind of nonsense
I've seen of tailgating speeding ripping through work zones like it's nothing at all recently more and more...u
I also know about the expedited process to get people onto the private fleet..I can't count the countless times I come and do a work zone and it's 45 or 50 and the private fleet truck seemed to think they could go 60 like it's nothing at all.. where is that I'm holding between 3 to 5 over limit. the reason why I almost have 3 million accident ticket 3 miles I worked hard for them..
and for what I heard apparently it's the new ones giving everybody a bad name people that have gotten on with the private fleet from Swift and Werner and every place else unfortunately they bring their poor driving habits with them and it's tanking the private fleet and the CSA scores are starting to slip and the crash rates are starting to go up..
show Michael and Jason and pretty much had enough they're starting to watch out now..
because Walmart just popping up on YouTube which is not a good thing for the boys in Bentonville..

    are you a wm driver

  6. nope..but having own trucks in the past watching the industry being out here just almost 30 years now seeing how it flushed itself down the toilet..
once proud companies now whatever you want to call them..
you can't help but notice that the private fleet used to have lots of respect prior to 2010..
you get a speeding ticket you better have a good lawyer and get it reduced to non-moving violation back in the day with those cabover international I've known about the private fleet for a long time back when I was lease to landstar I had a couple of friends that used to work for the private fleet..
but I also keep up on all the industry trends by reading heavy duty Trucking fleet owner long with the course being a lifetime OOIDA member landline and much more..
I also know when they talk about what Michael N came up with where you don't have to wait years and years and years to become a part of the private fleet and a new thing to get you through orientation quickly processing everything fast and quickly expediting the hiring process... but it seems to be blowing up in their face as far as the safety aspect..you can read my prior, and see I have cited examples..
like some kind of a deja vu in fact I just had it happen again here on Interstate 80 here in the construction zone just before you cross into Illinois to Iowa here come some clown from spring Valley ripping through just before the last-minute cuts over like he was in his four-wheeler or one of these basically par for the course nowadays more wheels and more weight is all that separates my idiot driving...
after almost thirty years out here I can look back and see a bunch of companies that once had proud people in charge and how far it's falling down to but that's the state of the industry it all started with the rent a foreigner program back in 2000 for 15 years later here we are..
the stats the numbers the videos on YouTube in the scores sadly speak for themselves

it was the interview with Mike that I read just recently about the Walmart expedited hiring process

wow just looked them up on gooble. didnt even know of such people.

  11. interesting they came out very big after the Kevin R debacle everywhere you look Jason W was telling the motoring public hope we know everything the private fleet does..
when you work for a big mega company most people usually only know their home terminal safety director but Michael and Jason oversee all..
basically if you screwed up somewhere say out in Arizona and they didn't want to bring you into Bentonville to fire you they bring you to your home DC and then they put you on a video conference call with Bentonville and then it's easier to fire you from there..
you'd be surprised how many people work for mega companies and don't know their actual safety director their CEO the c o o the rector's of operations but there you go...
and Mike's been all over the trucking news ever since Walmart decided this new expedited process to get you orientated and hired on..
