wanna ltl job but don't know where to start

Is it possible to get a linehaul or p&d job with Reddaway or Old Dominion fresh out of driving school? Their websites say requirements for drivers is one year experience or gradutation from driving school. If I go to driving school I really need to land a job with one of these guys for my family's sake and my sanity. And by sanity I mean I can't go another year in my current job. Some help from an LTL driver would be great.
