    Your best chance is to get on with an agricultural company. Most non-ag companies couldn't hire you if they wanted to due to insurance requirements. Also i'm not sure what the law is in Illinois but I got my passenger endorsement at 19yo and i'm talking the real one you can drive a bus with not the day-care van deal.
