young too ain't ya.....
English......please.....not textese....
I am 5'10" and I push a twin size mattress to the limit. That's the size of the bed in most trucks.
So to get an idea...
Put a twin size bed with no head or foot board in a closet. Put a small 18" closet at the head and the foot of the bed facing in and then a curtain up on the other side of the small closets.
That's about how big a space you get to call home.Last edited: Jun 23, 2012
Down in Tupelo and Newtrucker83 Thank this. -
I'm 6'3 and I don't really have a problem with sleeping on the bunk. It's a little cramped but i guess I've gotten use to it.
Down in Tupelo Thanks this. -
I'm 6'2" and have no problem in my Pete.
-
A standard truck mattress is usually 80". There's a few cheapo trucks that have 76" and 79".
Plus you have another 6" or so. You'll fit. -
6'4" here if I sleep on my back or side I have no problem sleeping in volvos. But if I roll over onto my stomach with toes pointing down, I rub the wall with my toes. However the international im in right now is a hair longer, it even has a lil cubby hole my toes hang down into. For the most part I'm very comfy. It won't be an issue for you.

I was able to manage at 6'2". If you ever wind up in a daycab, though, I hope for your sake it's not an R- or RD- model Mack.
-
Also, I'm 6'5" and never had a problem being comfortable behind the wheel or sleeping in the bunk. As long as you get a condo sleeper standing up inside your truck is no problem either. -
Try not to be in a Volvo, unless it's a 780 with the wider sleeper.
I am 6'1" and I have barely a hand width between my head and the wall with my feet flat against the other wall.
A bit cramped.
The Cascadia and ProStar that I had were both much more roomy, and you would not feel cramped in those.
They are both wider and longer.Down in Tupelo Thanks this.
